Welcome to Renee'Sant Beauty. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

Renee'Sant Beauty provides professional makeup artistry services including bridal makeup, special occasion makeup, editorial and photoshoot makeup, and related beauty services. All services are performed by qualified makeup artists.

2. Booking and Appointments

Making a Booking

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
  • A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation email and receive the required deposit
  • You must provide accurate contact information and details about your appointment
  • For bridal bookings, a trial session is highly recommended

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Deposits are processed securely through Stripe
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment
  • For bridal services, the balance is due 7 days before your event date

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

  • More than 7 days notice: Deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability)
  • Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is forfeited
  • Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: Full service amount is charged

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • One free reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days notice
  • Additional rescheduling may incur a fee

Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience. We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.

4. House Call Services

  • A house call fee applies for services at your location
  • Travel within 20km of Melbourne CBD is included in the house call fee
  • Additional travel beyond 20km is charged at $3 per kilometre
  • You must provide a clean, well-lit space with access to power outlets
  • Early start fees apply for appointments before 7:00 AM

5. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service time may be reduced
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited
  • For house calls, please ensure we have clear access and parking information

6. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any:

  • Skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
  • Recent cosmetic procedures (fillers, botox, chemical peels, etc.)
  • Eye infections or cold sores
  • Any medical conditions that may affect your service

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe proceeding would pose a health risk. We use professional, sanitized equipment and high-quality products.

7. Results and Expectations

  • Results may vary based on skin type, condition, and other factors
  • We recommend a trial session for bridal and special events
  • Please bring reference photos to your appointment to help communicate your desired look
  • Minor adjustments can be made during your appointment - please speak up if you'd like changes

8. Photography and Social Media

We may photograph our work for portfolio and social media purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos used, please inform us before your appointment. We will always respect your privacy preferences.

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction:

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions to products if you did not disclose known allergies
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

10. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash
  • If the service cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced

11. Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured
  • Additional services requested on the day will be charged accordingly

12. Complaints and Disputes

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your service:

  • Please raise any issues during your appointment so we can address them immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment with any complaints
  • We will work with you to find a fair resolution

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
