All appointments must be booked in advance.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will go toward the total cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 48 hours notice results in loss of deposit

No-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

15+ minutes late: Service may be shortened

20+ minutes late: Appointment may be cancelled, deposit forfeited
